**Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for opening and closing of the branch daily
- Handle customer inquires, concerns, and complaints promptly in a professional manner
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced and accurate on a daily basis
- Ensure daily deposit reports are submitted and accurate
- Motivate employees in a positive environment
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary actions when required
- Conducting annual performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching on a continual basis
- Hold regular monthly staff meetings, providing updates on new products, and procedural changes
- Ensure branch is clean and presentable at all times
- Product displays should be current and well organized
- Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained, organized, and properly labelled
- Receive goods in ERP System (Syspro)
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
- Ensure delivery to customers is conducted in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure company Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Responsible for reporting, maintaining, and improving the performance of the branch as it relates to sales, customer service, and other related areas of the branch.
- Liaise with the company marketing department and sales manager on company campaigns
- Attend regular Manager meetings held by Regional Branch Manager to discuss various issues

**Required Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Previous manager experience, preferably in a retail branch and warehouse environment
- Possess strong leadership and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software
- Mathematically inclined
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly flexible - able to adjust quickly in a varied environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Energetic, motivated to continue to increase product knowledge including installation techniques
- Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
- Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment
- Industry knowledge in exterior building products preferred
- Sales background an asset
