**What you will do**
- Fully support the Regional and District Manager (RM/DM) in operational functions of your site.
- Knowledge of company/ client policies to deliver superior quality of operational services and to ensure the well-being of guards.
- Ensure site staff is fully trained, well-dressed, and possess the necessary knowledge to comprehend and follow their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure guards are following Post-Orders and adhering to company and client policies.
- Delivery of resources to site as and when required and mentor guards to ensure high quality services are being provided.
- Cover floor time as required, comprising the majority of work hours.
- Support RM/DM with on-site issues, interruptions and complaints at the site as needed.
- Assist RM/DM to ensure all staff site reports are completed accurately and professionally, as needed.
- Assume leadership and maintain positive working relationships with site guards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Complete incident reports and all required documentation for security purposes.
- Identify security violations/ threats, diffuse volatile situations and intervene accordingly, adhering to company policies.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.
- A Valid MB Security License
- Prior Supervisory experience is required (leading a team of 10-12) - with a passion for mentoring staff.
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders such as our teams and clients and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, demonstrating resilience and sound judgment in challenging circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills, essential for detecting and addressing security risks proactively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic needs of our operation.
