**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven **Project Superintendent** to lead field execution for critical transport and rigging projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to spec.

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands what it takes to deliver complex moves under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on project sites (rail, barge, road, crane, and rigging environments)
- Supervise internal crews and third-party subcontractors
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with engineering plans and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate equipment mobilization, sequencing, and site logistics
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve on-site issues
- Track daily progress and provide accurate reporting on schedule and milestones

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of field leadership experience in heavy transport, rigging, construction, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of load handling, cranes, modular transport equipment, and/or rail logistics
- Excellent communication and crew management skills
- Comfortable reading drawings, lift plans, and transport schematics
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario and occasionally across Canada/U.S.
- Valid AZ or DZ license a strong asset
