**What you’ll be doing**:

- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Christmas light installations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows and gutters of residential and commercial buildings using specialized cleaning equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and high-pressure water hoses.
- Remove dirt, grime, and debris from windows and gutters using specialized cleaning solutions and tools.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within the specified time frame.
- Identify and report any issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in window and gutter cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Managing and tracking your performance; taking consistent feedback from your coach and eventually overseeing other team members if you excel
- Taking responsibility for your own learning and development by constantly asking questions and caring about improving
- Act as the company’s representative and set an example for your peers
- Maintain a strong selling presence with a focus on providing INCREDIBLE customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
