**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain POS systems for accurate transactions and reporting.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Handle recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage inventory through effective purchasing and pricing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Experience**
- Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets through effective team management.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.63-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
