As a Server/Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Georgian Bowl, ensuring that each guest has a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities include:

- Greeting and interacting with guests both in person and over the phone
- Setting guests up for bowling sessions
- Serving food and drinks promptly
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Providing top-tier customer service to ensure an enjoyable atmosphere

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking positive, enthusiastic team members who:

- Have a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment, while staying calm under pressure
- Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant roles is an asset
