**PURCHASING AGENT**

**REPORTS TO MARKETING MANAGER - CANADA**- Orders A&E USA finished goods
- Order thread and notion products.
- Prints reports: Below R.O.P, Fast Moving, Critical
- Fill out purchase orders
- Follow up on outstanding orders
- Replenish inventory for depots
- Returns to suppliers and A&E USA
- Returns to suppliers with debit notes
- Coordinate with both departments (Finance and Logistics)
- Order stationary & office supplies
- Communicate delivery updates to Customer Service and Sales Support

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
