**General Accountability**:
Assist in the various aspects of production (operate fillers, ensure product specifications are met (weight, type, size, etc.) and ensure that all products are made in according with Olympic Dairy Products Inc’s SOPs, GMP practices and those dictated by HACCP.

**Critical Success Factors**:

- Ensure that all product produced conforms to the standards set out by our Quality Assure Protocol and HACCP regulations
- Organize production runs efficiently to allow for necessary clean up and reassembly at end of shift
- Work collectively (as a team ) to produce high quality products, efficiently
- Keep production area clean and safe according to HACCP standards
- Attend all meetings for Production staff.
- Communicate needs, issues, changes that arise to the appropriate support person (maintenance, supervisor, director of operations, etc.)

**Daily functions**:

- machine set up, disassemble, cleaning and reassemble
- tailing of machine
- ensure all product conforms to standard-make adjustments where needed
- organizing supplies for production
- following incubation procedure
- following cooling procedure
- make boxes, trays, etc., as needed
- Dairy processing certificate
- Knowledge of filler machine operation, safety practices, and incubation process
- Knowledge of standards for finished product
- Knowledge and execution of all SOP’s, GMP’s and HACCP requirements for machine operation (use, clean, and reassemble) and safe product handling
- Team work attitude
- Physically fit
- Multitasking, ability to support other areas of production processes
- Proactive work ethic
