**Retail Supervisor-**

This position reports to Store Management for the successful delivery of the role.

The Supervisor role will be in an essential position in providing and ensuring consistent high standard of customer service. The position will supervise and provide direction and training to the store floor staff regarding day-to-day functions. They will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations and safe environment for customers and staff.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Provide superior customer service and is attentive to customers questions, comments, and complaints.
- Ability to supervise a diverse team and adjust leading style as needed to promote a healthy work environment.
- Supervise, direct and train store floor staff on day-to-day operations.
- Opening and closing the store and completing the duties of closing, opening, and balancing the tills, deposit and safe.
- Following and making sure other floor staff are following SLGA regulations.
- Ensuring adequate stocking and facing of the shelves is completed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store free of debris in both customer and non-customer areas.
- Ensuring proper care of equipment and reporting any repair needs to store management.
- Responsible for participating in inventory counts.
- Report all incidents using the incident report forms available on RISE platform.
- Assist management in identifying high-potential employees.
- Other duties as required.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Minimum of six months of previous liquor knowledge or supervisory experience
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Able to lift to fifty pounds.
- Open availability Monday to Sunday as per business needs
- WHMIS and First Aid training considered an asset

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
