**Human Resources Business Partner**:
HearingLife Canada is seeking a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our organization. In this impactful role, every decision you make directly contributes to strengthening employee engagement and our business goals.

**The Role**:
As a strategic driving force, you won't just be part of the HR team - you'll be a key player behind our company’s success. Within your client group, as the HRBP, you will provide support for the development and attainment of business objectives in Employee Relations, Engagement, Retention, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Change Management, Total Rewards, and Safety.

Your pivotal role involves aligning HR strategies closely with business priorities to foster a high-engagement, high-performance culture. Our HR landscape is rapidly evolving, and you will help shape our future

**What You Will Do**:

- Establish strong partnerships with business leaders to address organizational challenges.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, measured through surveys and improvements in employee morale.
- Manage and work to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
- Contribute strategically to the business, positively impacting employees, and navigating the evolving HR landscape.

**Strategic Focus**:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, influencing participation and developing action plans.
- Champion a high-performing work environment through HR metrics analysis.
- Act as a change agent, supporting critical business initiatives and special projects.

**Tactical Focus**:

- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, talent management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruitment and exceptional onboarding experiences.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations Teams to enhance clinic safety, wellness programs, and related initiatives.
- Navigate and manage medical leaves and WSIB claims within the assigned client group.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Comfortable in the field, occasionally travelling to clinics within the designated client group.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or have equivalent experience.
- A member of the Human Resources Professional Association in good standing.

- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
