Responsibilities/Duties:

- Prepares for service by reviewing job work order, gathering equipment, supplies, and tools; coordinating schedule with customers.
- Services equipment for Communications systems by running and pulling wiring; connecting devices, programming, calibrating and testing equipment
- Verifies communications system functionality by confirming equipment connections and signals; identifying and correcting problems.
- Documents installation and maintains records.
- Maintains customer rapport by resolving concerns; answering questions.
- Maintains safe and secure work environment by following safe practices and company safety policy.
- Strictly keeps customer and company security information confidential.
- Keeps supplies ready by checking inventory and stock; placing orders; verifying receipts
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes organization goals as assigned by Supervisor. Must be proactive in taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job and company.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License with clean abstract
- General knowledge of Public Address, Intercom and Pro Sound equipment, testing, repairing, service experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years related Canadian work experience performing field repairs, trouble shooting, and fault tracing;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal;
- Strong ability to trouble shoot and diagnose problems;
- Ability to work well with team members or unsupervised within a flexible work environment

- Ability to plan, organize, oneself;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
