**What You'll Do**:
Lead day-to-day store operations with excellence and energy
Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times
Build and manage a high-performing, positive team culture
Drive local marketing initiatives — your ideas are welcome
Be a friendly face in the community and grow our loyal customer base
Manage inventory, scheduling, and basic reporting with precision

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant/QSR preferred)
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong customer service skills and a people-first attitude
- Passion for food, community, and leadership
- A self-starter who’s motivated to take initiative and own results
- Marketing savvy is a big plus — creativity encouraged

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
