**In-Person Health Coach (Evenings & Weekends Required) - Winnipeg**

**This is not a casual coaching role.**
Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching is hiring **driven, professional Health Coaches** who want meaningful work, real responsibility, and long-term growth.

Our priority is **in-person coaching at our St. James studio**, with the option to also support online clients. We are looking for coaches who are reliable, confident working face-to-face with clients, and available **weekday evenings and weekends**.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver **exceptional in-person 1:1 coaching** and consultations
- Build strong, professional client relationships
- Create personalized fitness & nutrition programs
- Track client progress and communicate clearly
- Contribute to lead generation and community presence
- Uphold Infinity’s core values**:Passion, Integrity, Connection, Experience, Fun**

- Ability to coach **in person at our St. James studio**

Compensation & Growth

**Paid Training**: 8-10 hours
**Hourly Wages (Client Service Hours)**:

- Entry Level**:$16/hour**:

- Intermediate**:$20-22/hour**:

- Experienced**:$22-25/hour**

**Additional Earnings**:

- In-person coaching commission (8.5-15%)
- Online coaching**:50% commission**:

- Workshops, group fitness, & corporate wellness**:$27.50-$60/hour**:

- Performance bonuses, testimonials, reviews, loyalty rewards
