Full-Time Dishwasher Position:
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
- Scour pots, pans and other cooking utensils.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, work area, appliances, and equipment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Handle and store cleaning products.
- Sweep and mop the floor.
- Load bus pans and trays.
- Other duties as required.

Working Environment
- Work is primarily in a busy restaurant environment.
- Ability to work mornings, holidays, weekends as per business flow and needs.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift upwards of 30lbs.
- A friendly work attitude.
- Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
