**Overview**

We use **Tracker **Software. We are open on Saturdays but closed on long weekend saturdays.

**Duties**
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth operation of the practice.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Epic is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is desirable but not mandatory.
