As a Pharmacy Student, you will be responsible for the technical functions of verifying prescriptions and assisting with the other pharmacy related responsibilities, under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist, in the ultimate goal of providing excellent patient care.

**Required Qualifications**
- Pharmacy Student in 3rd or 4th year
- Valid OCP license, in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of ON

**Required Availability**: This is a casual opportunity, at 10 hours per week, based on operation needs. Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

The responsibilities of the Registered Pharmacy Student, as instructed by the Pharmacy Manager include (but are not limited to):
**Preparation**:

- Preparing, packaging and dispensing prescription medications after a pharmacist has decided on the appropriateness of therapy
- Completing final product checks
- Completing product validation checks for automated packaging systems
- Abiding by any regulations regarding prescriptions, duties and responsibilities per the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Completing other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist on-duty

**Status**: Casual (10 hours a week) based on operational needs

**Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Office Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (EST)
