**Design Build Solutions Limited**, has been specializing in building lifestyle apartments for seniors, all-inclusive living, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care residences for over 25 years. We are seeking a **Construction Project Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement construction plans, outlining the scope and resource requirements needed to achieve the project budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- In collaboration with the dedicated Site Superintendent and Safety teams, ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze monthly financial, contracts and design information to reliably forecast project progress against budget and schedule.
- Anticipate risks of construction delay and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
- Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions.
- In coordination with the Contracts Administrator, review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

**Your experience & abilities**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for building construction projects, ideally in the senior care living space.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must be flexible and a team player.
