**Advanced Flow Systems Contract Manufacturing** is looking for an experienced and energetic **Receiver/Work Order Administrator**to join our team in Chilliwack, BC.

- Our **Receiver/Work Order Administrator**’s** have a **starting wage range of $22-$27** per hour based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

The **Receiver/Work Order Administrator** is responsible for providing day to day support of production, including but not limited to, receiving, and issuing to production for all incoming deliveries. Also coordinating, including all necessary paperwork, all outbound shipments.

**Essential Functions for this Role are**:

- Receive and inspect all incoming materials ensuring goods match packing list, internal bill of materials and acceptable in quantity and quality
- Match product with shipping orders and/or purchase orders
- Manage Work Orders; ensure internal Customers get billed accurately.
- Support General Manager on ERP Management
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries
- Ensure outbound shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete and report discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required
- Operate a Forklift or Electric Pallet Jack in a safe manner to move product within the manufacturing facility
- Maintain a safe work environment, including good housekeeping, proper lifting techniques and proper use of all materials i.e. box cutters
- Palletizing and crating of shipments
- Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

**Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required**:

- Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience with a valid ticket
- Some experience in a Shipping and Receiving role preferred
- ERP Experience beneficial - “Visual”
- Knowledge of ASME requirements and material classifications an asset
- Understanding of local shipping regulations
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to weigh and measure items accurately
- Lifting or moving up to 45 lbs. may be required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools, IE, calipers, thickness gauge etc.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Detailed oriented and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- You are driven and enjoy some autonomy in a position.
