Chilliwack, Canada Kan-Arm Contracting Ltd. Full time

Kan-Arm Contracting Ltd. is looking for a yard laborer. Personnel must have strong work ethic and be able to provide references. Looking for an immediate start to fill this position. Excellent entry level position into heavy civil, drilling, and blasting operations.
- Personnel is in good physical shape, able and able to carry heavy loads,
- Personnel has (at minimum) Class 5 License with a clean driver abstract.
- Personnel is able and willing to pass pre-access drug & alcohol screening.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years or older.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sharpening bits used in drilling operations.
- Detailing company vehicles inside and out.
- Keeping shop cleaned and organized.
- Picking up supplies from local vendors
- Delivering parts to different job sites or trucks for servicing.
- Assisting drill, blast or maintenance crews as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Assist in completing basic maintenance on machinery and heavy equipment.
- Perform material inventory as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
