**Arche TI**a fast-growing Quebec-based company specializing in Odoo ERP implementation, is seeking an ERP Business Analyst / Project Lead to manage full ERP implementations for their clients.

In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact and oversee the entire ERP project, from analyzing business needs to deployment. You will translate client processes into functional Odoo solutions, plan and monitor project milestones, and act as the bridge between internal and external teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze client business needs and design effective functional solutions in Odoo.
- Plan and execute project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Coordinate and collaborate with business and technical teams (developers, system administrators, etc.).
- Configure Odoo modules to meet each client’s specific requirements.
- Test, validate, and deploy ERP functionalities.
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations of new modules and features.
- Lead workshops and train users on Odoo modules.
- Provide ongoing functional support and respond to user inquiries.
- Ensure information security and proper management of resources.
- Recommend process improvements and ERP optimizations in collaboration with the team.
- Document processes, configurations, and system setups.
- Monitor Odoo updates and stay informed on ERP best practices.
- Support teams in strategic planning and decision-making to define project priorities.
- Validate monthly timesheets for all project team members.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP project management or functional analysis.
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP software.
- Knowledge of Odoo is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs, coordinate teams, and maintain clear client relationships.
- Advanced French and good English skills, written and spoken, to support clients nationwide.

**Salary**: $33-$37/hour, depending on experience
