Requirement for Machine Learning Tech Lead Role

**Technical Skills**
- Strong expertise in **Python** for data science and production systems.
- Proficiency in **SQL** for querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with **PySpark** for distributed data processing.
- Deep knowledge of **ETL pipeline design** and **data engineering workflows**.
- Practical experience with **Databricks** for collaborative data and ML development.
- Knowledge of basic **AWS services** (e.g., S3, CloudWatch)**.**:

- Understand of how to use git for version control and experience in cloud solutions such as **GitLab.**:

- Experience with **machine learning model development**, deployment, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with **ML Ops best practices** (CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring).
- Strong understanding of **data governance, security, and compliance** in cloud environments.

**Leadership & Team Management**
- Ability to **lead technical teams** and set clear direction.
- Skilled in **mentoring developers and data scientists**, fostering growth and best practices.
- Experience managing **distributed teams across multiple time zones**.
- Ability to **prioritize work**, balance competing demands, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and deision-making skills in complex, data-driven projects.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Excellent at **translating business requirements into technical solutions**.
- Comfortable **explaining technical concepts** to non-technical stakeholders.
