Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair plumbing systems such as water, sanitary, drainage, and gas
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and initiate repairs
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on job sites
- Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong grasp of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
- Capability to assemble, weld, and build structures as needed
