**Job description**

This position is also responsible for coordinating our 10 education programs managing virtual conferences & program calendar, managing participant lists, uploading resources to our online learning platform, printing and ordering required materials for courses, communicating with program participants and instructors, monitoring sales and instructor deadlines, and all program requirements and branding guidelines are met.

This position is highly involved with both people and technology and requires organization and project management skills.

**Compensation**

This position is a salaried position of **$35,000 - $50,000** annually plus the potential for bonuses based on individual job performance & company performance.

**Responsibilities**

Include but are not limited to:

- Work with course instructors to do whatever is necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the program
- Technical support with multiple online programs for both instructors and participants
- Facilitate communication with and between instructors and course participants consistently
- upload program materials and recordings to online platforms
- Create and improve processes and systems to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the program
- Work directly with VP, marketing teams and sales teams to coordination all efforts within the company.
- Managing Billing and accounts receivable records in bookkeeping system.
- Answering customer questions and handling concerns.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all program materials to participants prior to the course start date
