**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Complete payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation.
- Support training development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Oversee general office operations, including supply inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and providing reports to management.
- Collaborate with the human resources department on employee onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
- Utilize Yardi for financial record keeping and reporting as needed.
- Serve as the front desk supervisor, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems, file management, payroll processing, and budgeting practices.
- Experience in training development or coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
