Guelph, Canada VTR Uniforms Full time

VTR Uniforms and Community Threads are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printing & Apparel Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on production role where you’ll work with professional equipment to ensure garments are decorated accurately, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment for production runs
- Burn, clean, and reclaim screens to maintain workflow
- Mix inks and ensure accurate colour matching for consistency
- Assist with embroidery setup and operation (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and consistency in output
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
- Manage job priorities to meet production deadlines
- Assist with packaging and preparing completed orders for pickup/shipping

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of screen printing and heat press processes (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures
- Good organizational skills with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working with machinery and production tools
- Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as part of daily work

**Preferred Experience (an asset, not required)**:

- Experience with embroidery operation
- Previous work in a print shop, warehouse, or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with apparel types and sizing
