**About the Role**:
The Shoring Driller reports to the Shoring Foreman and Shoring Superintendent.

**Pay**:
**$42 per hour**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Excavator mounted WORD drills
- Ability to operate Concrete Pump to shoot Shotcrete is an asset
- Work with the Foreman and other team members to ensure services are located and ready for drilling, including setup of equipment and safety checks
- Maintain quality results of work
- Work safely in a construction site and promote a safe work environment adhering to safety policies and procedures including participation in safety meetings
- Responsible for daily maintenance and safety inspections of their assigned piece(s) of equipment
- Work as a team with other crew members on daily site activities

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Experience running Excavator/Hoe Mounted Drills such as WORD and Klemm drills necessary - minimum 3 years
- Previous Shoring & Excavation experience required - minimum 7 years
- Safety Certifications an asset
- Ability to commute and work in various weather conditions
- Maintain quality results of work to be done
- Maintain equipment and promptly report any maintenance issues
- Good communications ability, able to work with variety of individuals
- Work as a team with other crew members on daily activities of the site
- Understanding of safety and ability to communicate safety issues as they arise
- Must be physically fit, able to spend most or all of shift standing, walking, lifting, and carrying, working hands-on in an outdoor environment in all types of weather
- Flexibility with hours worked, including overtime and weekend work as needed
- Must be local to the Lower Mainland

Schedule:

- 8-11 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
