Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and driving excellence in manufacturing? We’re looking for a **Quality Coordinator** who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll play a key role in supporting production, engineering, and supply chain teams bringing together your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.

**What You’ll Do**

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product and process compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 (and other relevant standards).
- Maintain and update quality documentation: control plans, FMEAs, PPAPs, and work instructions.

**Process Improvement & Problem Solving**
- Analyze production data using statistical tools (SPC, Six Sigma, DMAIC) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.).

**Supplier & Customer Quality Support**
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and enhance incoming material quality.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with thorough root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

**What You Bring**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a quality or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of **ISO 9001, AS9100**, and quality management systems.
- Skilled in **statistical analysis tools** (Excel, SPC, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **APQP, PPAP, FMEA**, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T**.
- Excellent **problem-solving, communication, and teamwork** skills.
- Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)** - a strong asset.
- Certifications such as **Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)**, or **ASQ** are considered a plus.
