A day in your life with us -Lead the sales and supply support team to secure highest possible stock availability in partnership with the commercial team taking into consideration local positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and in-store activities. -Ensure the implementation of the defined and agreed logistics actions in the store's business plan and within the sales and supply support team to secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.Work actively with the commercial team as part of the range change process by providing information regarding sales space parameters, anticipated sales start, required and remaining outgoing quantities. -Maximize successful replenishment by managing supply chain operations and fulfillment actions in line with the commercial calendar. -Work in conjunction with the goods flow and business navigation Managers to analyze stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.Set objectives based on agreed key performance indicators and improve the performance of the team members by adapting and taking actions accordingly.Ensure that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and sustainability.
