**Type**:Full Time, Hourly

Kichton Construction LP is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our fast-growing Fort McMurray team. We are looking for an adaptable individual looking to learn and grow within our company. This position would work for Kichton Construction LP at a client location.

This position will include camp accommodations and flights from Edmonton or Calgary.

Successful applicants must complete pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing.

This position may be required to complete random Drug & Alcohol testing through their employment in accordance with the Canadian Model based on project and Client requirements.

Employees will be eligible for Company benefits after completing 90 days of employment.

**Job Summary**

The Grader Operator is responsible for operating a Grader as it applies to various earthwork operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, understand, and follow all safe work practices and procedures.
- Operate Machinery in accordance with all Kichton Construction Safe Work Procedures and Client requirements
- Complete various paperwork. This includes, but is not limited to, Hazard Assessments, Pre
- and Post
- inspections, and time sheets
- Actively participate in Kichton Construction’s Health and Safety program
- Assist with other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 1 year of Grader operating experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or equivalent
