**Responsibilities**:
What you will do:
- Bring the E Inc mission and cultural values to life, working closely with organizational leaders to ensure internal communications are aligned, coordinated, and proactively driving the company’s culture.
- Lead and develop innovative internal communications strategies, clear narratives and tactics that engage and inform all E Inc team members.
- Lead regular company-wide communications, including newsletters, all hands, and town halls, to keep employees informed about short-term and long-term company objectives and to drive understanding, engagement and enthusiasm in support of those objectives.
- Own and manage intranet content creation, utilization and evolution.
- Support senior leaders in communicating complex programs, key decisions, and organizational changes, and look ahead to upcoming internal and external events that will drive the need for a new or revised communication strategy.
- Partner with others to establish an organization-wide internal communications channel to ensure employees have access to the latest company information and tools.
- Partner with our People & Culture team to lead the development and execution of internal communication plans for new programs, policies, and changes.
- Earn trust, provide counsel, and effectively communicate with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Look around corners to spot emerging topics and develop proactive plans to communicate with stakeholders.
- Think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it.
- Align internal communications as appropriate with public relations, marketing, and other external messaging to maintain an up-to-date understanding of information being disclosed publicly.
- Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes, and ability to roll up sleeves and get work done.
- Work with the People & Culture team to develop solutions to help improve the capability of managers in communicating and building a culture of leader-led communications.
- Advise on standard methodologies and facilitate the delivery of key communications vehicles.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing Communication preferred.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing internal communication programs, ideally in a multi-national or distributed work environment.
- Proven track record using technology to support communications strategy and execution.
- Experience and comfort collaborating closely with C-suite executives and handling sensitive issues and confidential business matters.
- An expert communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills, including a knack for storytelling and the ability to translate business priorities into relevant and engaging content.
- An empathetic listener with keen situational awareness and the ability to adapt to the right tone.
- A self-starter capable of working independently and identifying new opportunities in a dynamic and rapidly evolving work environment.
- Experience managing an organization wide intranet, preferably utilizing the Simpplr platform.
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, MS Word, PowerPoint, and digital and social media platforms

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $95,000- $105,000 CAD/ USD, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
