Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- 1+ year of Computer Hardware experience.
- Availability to work in an environment that operates 24/7.
- Due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingualism French and English is required for this position.

- Onsite coverage as a Team in shifts and/or weekly oncall
- Responding to high-severity events within SLAs
- Participate in Data Center power & cooling events
- Break-fix of servers and network devices
- Troubleshooting of network connections
- Coordinating and building relationships with various Data Center teams
- Interact with third party vendors & contractors
- Seeking out ways to improve yourself and the processes and systems with which you work
- Contribute to the development of other team members

Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience working in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment) is a plus.
- Understanding of Linux or similar Operating Systems
- Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of storage devices.
- Understanding of scripting languages.
- Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
- 2+ years computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience.
- A degree or equivalent experience in an IT related field.
