As a Junior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects under their oversight. This position supports all aspects of the project, including client care, tendering, contracting, coordination, technical support, quality control, safety, scheduling, and budgeting.

: $38-$40/hr depending on experience (Permanent Full Time)

- Contribute to the creation and management of project scopes, ensuring appropriate project planning and timely completions.
- Assist in managing project budgets, including supporting monthly reconciliations and preparing client reports.
- Coordinate and support project schedules ensuring timelines are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in client communications to inform and update clients throughout the project duration.
- Support the Construction Manager and Superintendents by coordinating schedules, technical details, and training logistics.
- Assist in preparing tenders for contracted work, liaise with the project team for resolution and execute contracts accordingly.
- Coordinate procurement of tools, equipment and materials as needed.
- Participate and contribute to weekly meetings with all Site Superintendents to maintain project and company controls and processes, promote communications, implement training, and support company safety policies.
- Assist with the company safety program, ensuring participation and compliance, as well as implementation and monitoring of new initiatives.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,familiar with project management software

- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
