Looking for an energetic, hardworking cashier that can provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in handling customer transactions. Someone that can address customer’s needs while quickly moving them through the check-out process. Passionate about serving others and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. Able to answer phones and process transactions while maintaining a quality customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Comfortable with handling cash
- Punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Cash experience an asset
- Available weekdays (daytime) and alternate weekends
- Can work between 7:00am and 7:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Process transaction efficiently and accurately on a cash register by scanning items or manually entering codes
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change
- Collects payments by accepting cash, debit/credit, cheques, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
- Collects customer information for warranties and special orders.
- Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the end of work shift.
- Follows policies and procedures to maintain checkout operations and safe, clean working environment
- Assists customers in store and on the phone by providing information, answering question, and resolving issues
- Maintain a stocked and clean cash area
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Check stock and pricing for customers in store and on the phone

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
