We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Retail Beauty Store Manager**to lead and oversee our beauty store operations. As the **Retail Beauty Store Manager**, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of beauty consultants, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's standards, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Revenue Management**_:
Drive store sales and meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- **Team Leadership and Development**_:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of beauty consultants. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
- **Customer Experience**_:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing expert beauty advice, personalized service, and creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**_:
Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure products are accurately stocked and displayed. Coordinate with the inventory team for effective stock control and ordering.
- **Visual Merchandising**_:
Execute visual merchandising standards to create visually appealing displays that highlight promotions, seasonal products, and best-sellers.
- **Operational Excellence**_:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Training and Product Knowledge**_:
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques. Train the team on new products, services, and sales techniques.
- **Reporting and Administration**_:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to upper management on store performance. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.

Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and related trends.

Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
