Automatic Welding Machine Team Lead- Day Shift

We are located at **8271 Keele Street, Concord, Ontario**

**Shifts Available**:Morning (6:15am to 3:00pm)**

**Reporting to**: Welding Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to run resistant welder or Robot Weld cell with supervision (Training will be provided)
- Ability to understand and follow the Process Binder
- Complete Pre-shift safety checks
- Ability to correctly measure/check parts
- Carry out inspection of all designated parts continually as instructed
- Will be responsible for sorting, counting and or packaging parts
- Will be responsible for grinding, deburring and/or cleaning parts and reworking as required
- Ensure all parts are identified correctly and information on labels is correct and legible
- Ability to lead a team, and help out with problems that can arise on the shop floor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and understand English and to document stipulated records as instructed
- Willingness to learn new skills/how to run resistant welder
- Good housekeeping skills.
- Reliable
- Good team player
