**Licenced Security Camera Installer**
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Prepare for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies, and tool Plan installations by surveying and evaluating location, identifying installation requirements, and developing an installation plan
- Install equipment, run wiring, and program and calibrate equipment
- Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems
- Maintain records by documenting installations and service performed
- Troubleshoot systems, resolve issues for customers and end users
- Stay current on new technology
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following safe practices and keeping security information confidential

This is a full-time position, and most workdays are Monday - Friday during the day. Successful applicants may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends.

**Required Qualifications**:

- You must beable to follow instructions and work on your own.
- Work experience with installation, service, and troubleshooting of security systems
- Have a high quality of workmanship
- Eager to learn new technology and products on a continual basis
- Maintain a clean and organized environment at customer sites
- Ability to work independently & also within a team
- Have a professional and upbeat attitude with the ability to deal with different people
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms
- Owning basic security systems hand tools is preferred
- BC Security Worker License (Security Alarm Installer) for BC applicants
- Certificate of Qualification / Trade Qualifications (CoQ / TQ) is an asset for BC applicants
- Safety training and Scissor Lift training is an asset

Our team has extensive experience installing, servicing and, networking security products such as card access, video surveillance and intrusion alarm systems for businesses, office buildings, large retail & residential buildings, government buildings, agriculture facilities, and health care

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
