Electronics Technician

**Job Overview**

This is a shop-based position located in Stony Plain, Alberta.

Health/dental/vision benefits to begin after three months of employment.

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance on electronic systems to prevent malfunctions.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to test and repair devices.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts and connections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent soldering skills.
- Familiarity with computer hardware is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually (self-starter)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
