**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Donor Communication**:

- Ensure timely acknowledgment of donations and maintain a consistent flow of communication with donors.
- Working with our Donor Stewardship Manager to organize a Direct Mail campaign as a direct ask to donors.
- Contribute to the development of creative and meaningful ways to acknowledge donor contributions.
- Thank you call campaign to thank donors for their contributions

**Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our database
- Generate reports and analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.

**Event Support**:

- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate donor-related activities during fundraising events.
- Provide assistance in organizing donor recognition and volunteer appreciation events

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Fundraising and Marketing team to align stewardship efforts with overall fundraising strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate donor stewardship elements into marketing materials and campaigns.

**Research**:

- Conduct research on current and potential donors to better understand their interests and preferences.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for donor engagement and cultivation.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on donor engagement metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of stewardship initiatives and recommending improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in stewardship, fundraising, or related field
- Strong public speaking skills for donor interactions
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Ability to educate donors on the organization's mission and impact
- Project management skills to oversee stewardship initiatives
- Excellent administrative abilities for program coordination
- Leadership qualities to guide the stewardship team effectively
- Experience in supervising staff or volunteers for stewardship activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 weeks

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
