**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Process customer transactions and handle cash with integrity
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Upsell additional products or services to customer
- Price incoming product
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Computer proficiency
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to effectively sell technical or technology-related products
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Secondary School (preferred)
