Welcome to Coppa Inc A growing, family owned and operated frozen foods manufacturer with over 20 years of growth and development making authentic Gelato, Sorbet and Ice Cream. We are looking to invite a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to further expand our production team and ensure that products are received, stored and shipped efficiently.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be a key team player to ensure that finished product and ingredients are accessible and organized in the fridge/freezer and warehouse spaces while complying with all PPE requirements where applicable.
- Palletizing and rotating finished stock to comply with first in first out operations.
- Performing all shipping and receiving operations
- Picking and staging orders
- Documenting movement of goods
- Maintaining clean and organized warehouse spaces throughout the facility
- Daily temperature monitoring of fridges and freezer spaces.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Completing non-production master sanitation list (weekly).
- Assist with general housekeeping around the facility
- Complete monthly building inspections and report any unacceptable items
- Assisting production with case movement from end of the line to the freezer
- Other tasks as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- 3 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift/Combi-Lift certificate/license
- Working in a freezer space an asset
- Experience in food or dairy manufacturing preferred
- Experience with HACCP, GMP’s, and Safe food handling considered an asset

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
