Experienced Cabinetmaker

Custom millwork shop in East Vancouver has a **full-time position** available for an experienced & qualified Joiner / Cabinetmaker.

Our shop is not a high-production facility, we specialize in commercial construction & renovation of cafes, restaurants, retail, office interiors, and select residential projects; We seek to expand our millwork team as our growth continues.

Skill Requirements:

- Qualified Trades Carpenter / Joiner / Cabinetmaker - **experience is essential**:

- Ability to build quality custom cabinets & furniture from start to finish with efficiency, accuracy, to a high level of finish quality
- CAD shop drawing interpretation
- To produce accurate materials lists from shop drawings for procurement
- Familiarity with conventional shop machinery
- English proficiency & strong communication skills required.
- Works independently & collaboratively with efficiency and conscientiousness
- Valid BC Drivers License and reliable transportation - preferred
- Strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and a healthy sense of fun

Offering a starting rate of $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience), opportunities for advancement in position and earnings are numerous.
