Line Cook

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Line Cooks & Kitchen Support to join our team.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and standards. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals in a timely manner. As Kitchen Support your duties will include tasks ranging from food prep to dishwasher. This will allow you the opportunity to be introduced into the industry and learn many aspects of what is required to provide exceptional service within a restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $17.20-$21.50 per hour
