We are small but fast growing revenue property company looking for a full-time _Property Maintenance Person._
**Job Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Perform various repairs and maintenance on houses and apartments ranging from plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting to even snow shoveling.
- Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups as per established quality standards
- Development and scheduling of Preventative Maintenance programs
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Tenants
- Ensure daily communication with Property Manager and Team.
- Address Tenant Requests for Maintenance (TRFM’s) within 72 hours via work orders
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as per the conditions of contract
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Perform on call emergency maintenance according to schedule provided by Property Manager
- Prepare property condition reports (Ingoing, Outgoing & Periodic)
- Cut keys, re-key locks
- In-house extermination (opportunity for certification)
**Experience and Educational Requirements**:
- 2 years Maintenance Service Experience
- A positive attitude with a smile is a must. This role is a front line position to residents, other personnel and customers.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained.
- Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
- Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
- Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Ensure have all tool on the tool list prior to end of probationary period
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
