Team Supervisor

We’re looking for a S**upervisor ( Contract - 6 months with** **possibility to extend)**in our Collingwood location to take the lead in daily operations, support our team, and ensure smooth service during our busiest seasons.

**Position**: Supervisor - ( Contract 6 months)

**Position Overview**

As a **Supervisor**, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing shifts, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. You’ll ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while keeping things running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead by Example** - Provide outstanding customer service and set the standard for the team.
- **Shift Leadership** - Oversee team members, delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Customer Service Excellence** - Lead by example, handle guest concerns, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Staff Training & Development** - Coach, train, and support employees to improve performance and maintain high standards.
- **Quality Control** - Ensure products are prepared and served to standard, maintaining consistency.
- **Customer Engagement** - Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and create a welcoming environment.
- **Stock & Inventory** - Monitor product levels, restock as needed, and communicate with management.
- **Cash Handling** - Assist with opening/closing duties and handling transactions as needed.
- **Health & Safety Compliance** - Maintain cleanliness, enforce food safety regulations, and ensure compliance with shop policies.
- **Operational Support** - Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and other management responsibilities.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Prior experience in a leadership role (supervisory experience in food service preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for great customer service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):
Scooping the creamiest ice cream in town.

Crafting delicious Bubble Tea delights.

Assisting in food prep because we're all about variety.

Keeping things spick and span - general cleaning duties.

Handling both opening and closing responsibilities like a pro.

**Job Details**:
**Salary**: $19.20-$19.40 per hour

Start date : April, 2025

Expected hours: 30 - 39 per week

**Please note this is a contact position April - October with possibility to extend.**
