**Job description**

Men’s Health Clinics is the first clinic of its kind, enhancing male confidence through a series of laser hair restoration, shockwave technology and injectables treatments in a discreet and welcoming environment, with a high focus on treatment of Erectile Dysfunction.

Part of a rapidly expanding brand of clinics across Ontario, we are quickly expanding and looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, sales driven and professional Patient Care Technician to join this brand new location and grow together to the full potential.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable with treating male genitalia.
- Laser Technician Certificate.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent writing and oral skills.
- Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various laser devices.
- Experience with client consultations and sales with an excellent closing ratio.
- High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (morning, evenings, weekends).
- Able to multi
- task in a fast paced environment.
- Well experienced with computers.
- Advanced Computer skills with excel, word, power point.
- Languages - English fluent

**Daily Tasks**:

- Assess patient condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to patient concerns.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain equipment and follow safety measures.
- Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms.
- Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments
- Handle admin tasks including phone responsibilities, managing client files, conducting follow-up calls, clinic organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M4P 1E4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
