**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Participate to discuss menu changes, feedback, and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry. Or home cook
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety practice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that exceed residents expectations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
