Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards? Join our team in our janitorial division taking care of a prestigious multi-unit residence near downtown Victoria, offering a tranquil working environment.

We are seeking someone to fill the roll as the buildings caretaker. You would play a vital role at keeping the building looking it's best. Here are some key components of the duties:

- General cleaning and daily upkeep of the buildings appearance.
- Communicating and coordinating with residents to place elevator padding for a move or delivery will take place.
- Knowledge of recycling practices and ensuring materials are being properly disposed of.
- Responsible for monitoring buildings maintenance needs and communicating to management when issues arise in a timely manner.

This is a full time fixed position, and we are looking to hire and train someone within the next weeks.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
