**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead rehearsals and direct musical performances, ensuring high-quality presentations.
- Develop and implement engaging music curricula that cater to various skill levels.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote the music program.
- Educate students on music theory, history, and performance techniques.
- Write and arrange original compositions or adapt existing works for performances.
- Organize concerts, recitals, and other musical events to showcase student talent.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into broader educational initiatives.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their musical abilities.
- Maintain an organized schedule of rehearsals, performances, and meetings.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Music Director or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students in a musical setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to write music arrangements and adapt pieces for various ensembles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning events and rehearsals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
