**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform installation tasks for various construction projects, including drywall, carpentry, and painting.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as drywall installation, carpentry, or painting.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Experience with caulking and sealing techniques is preferred.
- A background in general construction or home improvement projects is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
