**The Job Summary:
In the role of Network Systems Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our technical team, tasked with ensuring the reliability, maintenance, and enhancement of our critical network infrastructure, services, and systems. This position involves proactive engagement in IT project initiatives, contributing to the ongoing optimization of our technological framework. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive solutions for hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation across our technology landscape.

**Key Accountabilities & Success Criteria**:

- **Operational Support & Infrastructure Management**:

- Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of the network infrastructure, desktops, servers, and disaster recovery systems.
- Perform daily administration and updates to enhance the reliability and efficiency of infrastructure systems, including server hardware and backup systems.
- Maintain and support Citrix VDI environments, ensuring the effective deployment and management of virtual desktops.
- Manage and update gold images for efficient and consistent deployment across virtual and physical environments.
- **Security & System Administration**:

- Maintain essential IT services and security measures, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard network infrastructure and data integrity.
- **Network Management & Communication Solutions**:

- Ensure optimal network performance and security through strategic TCP/IP configuration and management.
- Design and implement advanced VOIP/SIP and wireless communication solutions across LAN/WAN networks, optimizing organizational connectivity and collaboration.
- **Technology Improvement & Project Involvement**:

- Identify and advocate for upgrades or new technologies that improve infrastructure efficiency, quality, and security, aligning with the IT strategy.
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of technology solutions that support organization-wide IT initiatives.
- **User Support & Collaboration**:

- Provide technical guidance, instruction, and second-level support to the user community, IT Administrators, and Desktop Support staff.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design optimal solutions, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
- **Safety & Change Management**:

- Promote a culture of client and staff safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Encourage and support an environment conducive to change, leveraging change leadership principles to foster organizational improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant industry certifications (such as MCSE for Windows Server 2016/2019 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience in a multi-site network administration or system administration role, with a strong foundation in network principles and operations.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as Nutanix AHV, VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure/AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with modern enterprise mobility and security solutions, including Microsoft Intune and experience managing mobile devices across various platforms.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and internet services, including routing, Ethernet switching, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, BGP, LDAP, SMTP, and modern VOIP/SIP technologies.
- Skilled in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments, as well as infrastructure hardware and software.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in managing Active Directory environments, including Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP configurations.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and effective interaction with users, peers, and management.
